Please Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for worn or used shoes, including items that show signs of wear or damage.

  • Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for sending the item(s) back. Please note, returns without an RA number will not be processed.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If your return qualifies for free shipping (due to defects or incorrect items), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • Shipping Service: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $50. Glammavel Shoe Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
